Documents and written summaries prepared for a client as part of a service are the client's property once the relevant fee has been paid in full. The practice retains the right to use anonymised, non-identifiable matter information for internal knowledge and quality purposes.
6. Payment terms
- All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
- Fixed fees are confirmed in writing before any work begins
- Payment is due in advance for the Quiet Consultation Hour
- For Separation Plan Preparation and Comprehensive Family Settlement, a deposit is payable on instruction, with the balance due on completion or as stated in the service agreement
- Work outside the defined scope of a service will be quoted and agreed in writing before it is carried out

7. Service scope and changes
The scope of each service is described in writing before work begins. Changes to scope — whether requested by the client or necessitated by the matter — will be discussed and agreed in writing. No additional charges will be incurred without prior written approval from the client.
Where a matter develops in a way that requires work beyond the defined scope, we will notify the client promptly and present options before proceeding.
8. Confidentiality
All information shared by a client is held in strict confidence in accordance with our professional obligations under Thai law and legal professional privilege. Information is not disclosed to third parties without the client's explicit written consent, except where required by law or court order. - Fees for work completed to the date of termination are payable
- The client's file and any documents prepared for the client will be returned or made available on request

We reserve the right to terminate a matter where continuing would conflict with our professional obligations or the interests of justice.
12. Dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute:
- The parties will first attempt to resolve the matter informally by written communication
- If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty days, the dispute may be referred to mediation by agreement
- If mediation does not resolve the matter, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand
13. General provisions
- Entire agreement — these terms, together with any service agreement, constitute the full agreement between the parties
- Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect
- Waiver — failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in future
- Assignment — the client may not assign rights or obligations under a service agreement without prior written consent
